Mix well and serve immediately.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Oriental salad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1 small lettuce<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">2 carrots<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">2 green peppers<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1 tomato<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1\/2 cup bean sprouts<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1 tablespoon salad oil<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1 tablespoon soya sauce<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1 teaspoon ginger juice<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">A pinch of pepper<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Salt, lime, sugar to taste<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\">Chop the lettuce finely, cut the carrots and peppers into thin strips and cut the tomatoes into cubes. Add all the other ingredients into a dressing shaker or a bottle with a tight lid. Shake well. Refrigerate all the ingredients for half an hour. Shake the dressing well again and pour over the vegetables. Toss and serve immediately.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Stuffed peppers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">3 medium sized peppers<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1\/2 small cabbage<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1 small radish<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">2 teaspoons lime juice<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1\/2 tablespoon soaked and chopped walnuts<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Salt &amp; pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\">Wash and halve the peppers, deseed them, wipe over with a paper towel and set aside. Grate the cabbage and radish and remove any excess juice, then mix together adding the lime juice, walnuts and chopped coriander. Add salt and pepper to taste.
