When I first came to Cairo, the most fascinating thing that I saw was the vendors selling something round, crispy and brownish. The residents told me that it is called Falafel and is a kind of fast food in the Middle East. I thought of having this and even ate it once and goodness gracious it was as I was told very pleasing and yummy. I want to use it as a salad so with what all things should I compliment it with?
