I have an old house which was closed from last three years as I was out of the town. My house needs lot of remodeling and repair. I was thinking to give the contractor to lows home improvement company. But before that I want to know how do I determine if the particular company is right for me or not? What are the things that I should check before giving the contact to any company? Can I cancel my contract if I find the work not satisfactory?
