Combining trips or walking to do an errand whenever possible can do wonders for your health \u00a0and that of the kids and the health of the planet. Walking leaves out no dangerous emissions, saves energy and is a free, fun way to get some exercise. If you have safe sidewalks in your neighborhood , take the children for a walk with you. You will be encouraging your children to develop\u00a0healthy habits.
