A boy who was looking for a job to support his family went to each organization in the town but always got disappointed. He got rejected many times since no one was ready to hire a fresher who had not experience. One day when he was going for an interview, he boarded a bus and met someone who was working in the same organization. He thought it would be a good opportunity to get some information about the company.<\/p>\n

He introduced himself and asked, \u201cI am going there for an interview. What do you say? What should I do get this job? I have been trying hard for the last two months but everywhere I go, I get rejected.\u201d<\/p>\n

The man looked at him and said, \u201cWhy do you think you should get this job? You do not have the experience. You are so young that no one would feel safe to assign you a big responsibility.\u201d<\/p>\n

The boy was expecting him to say something nicer to him. He pulled himself together and said, \u201cI am young and passionate. I do not have any experience per say but then again how will I get any experience if I do not get a chance to show my skills. If I get an opportunity to prove myself I would give my best and show everyone that I am around.\u201d<\/p>\n

The man paid for his bus fare and said that he loved travelling by bus since he gets his inspiration from other passengers.<\/p>\n

The man asked him about his qualification and told him not to give up on hope. He said his name was Ray Ronald and he would love to help him. He them asked the boy about his family and gave him certain situations to check his managerial skills. The boy was happy since he had an opportunity to rehearse for his interview. He would answer the questions and ask for the feedback as he thought that someone who works in the same organization could be a great help.<\/p>

When the duo reached at the entrance of the office, Mr. Raymond wished him luck and took off. The boy was full of energy since he was able to impress someone who worked in the same organization. He went inside. The receptionist asked him to wait for his turn since there were many others for the same interview. After two hours when finally the director called him inside, he was surprised. The same person who had met him on his way to the office was the director of the company.<\/p>\n

\u201cGood morning sir,\u201d the young boy said hesitantly after a few seconds.<\/p>\n

\u201cGood morning,\u201d Mr. Raymond said in a mild tone.<\/p>\n

After two minutes, Mr. Raymond asked him to leave. The boy was stunned, as Mr. Raymond had not asked him even a single question. He took a deep breath and said, \u201cSir, I am here for an interview for the post of a manger.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr. Raymond looked at him and said, \u201cI have already asked you everything I want to know. I know that you do not have experience for this job but you will give your best to prove yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n

The young boy got embarrassed and felt like an idiot since he had not realized that he was talking to the manger when he had first met Mr. Raymond. He kept quiet for a moment and left the room.<\/p>\n

As this young was about to step outside the office building someone came running after him. He handed over an envelope to the boy and went back without saying anything. The boy was surprised when he opened up the envelope. It was a note from Mr. Raymond, which said, \u201cI appreciate your zeal to learn and I would love to have you in my organization. Show everyone that you are around\u201d<\/p>\n

Life has strange ways to surprise you. Don\u2019t lose hope, since you never know what destiny has got in store for you something that makes it even more beautiful.<\/p>\n
