This is the day when we have to drag ourselves to work after a long weekend, many people actually feel sluggish as suffer from what is known as the Monday morning Blues. Some people, who don\u2019t really have the best jobs, do not look for ward to another week of their daily grind. Os if you wake up at six every morning and then go back to bed at ten pm on Fridays, on Saturdays, you can wake up at ten and go to bed later then two am!<\/p>\n<p>This sudden disruption also affects our internal clock- this is a biological system that remands of what we have to do and when you disrupt this system for a short while, it is difficult getting back into the grind again.<\/p><div class=\"b4555a4fde9e08ea35acb9df3ea13bc1\" data-index=\"2\" style=\"float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/stg-httpsdrpremcom-staging.kinsta.cloud\/#businesses\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/stg-httpsdrpremcom-staging.kinsta.cloud\/wellness\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2021\/12\/Wellness-Post-Ad-2.jpg\"><\/a>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Some people experience a slight head ache when they wake up on Mondays- this is because they have over slept. People don\u2019t feel sluggish and sleepy when they are bust running around during the week but on the weekends, we tend to sleep more and therefore feel even sleepier when we wake up. Spread out your entire weekend so that you have eight straight hours of rest and other weekend activities and take a solid nap in the afternoons.<\/p>\n<p>Too much of activities or long travelling on the weekends can lead to fatigue. Rushed weekend trips actually drain you of more energy than you think. But if this is what makes your weekend, then travel to closer locations. The weekends are the only time when you can really relax and conserve your energy for the week ahead.<\/p>\n<p>Mental saturation in another reason for fatigue on Mondays, this is because you have worked hard throughout the week and feel like you cannot get through another week of work.<\/p>\n<div class=\"b4555a4fde9e08ea35acb9df3ea13bc1\" data-index=\"3\" style=\"float: none;
