1. Hydrotherapy

Dried chamomile can be used for making chamomile tea which can be taken 3-4 times a day. Take a cup of water and boil it. Add a tablespoon of dried chamomile and steep for about 15 minutes. Drink hot for best results. Chamomile is also a calming agent and is good for relieving stress and developing your immunity.
7. Tea tree oil
The role of essential oils in treating many common ailments cannot be ignored. Tea tree oil is one of the most powerful anti viral essential oil that is used for treating many common ailments. For relieving bronchial trouble, take tea tree oil in your palm and massage it on your chest for 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, add a few drops into a pot full of boiling water and use this for inhalation. Use a thick towel around your head and inhale the steam deeply through your nose and mouth. The combined action of the hot steam and tea tree oil will open up your bronchial tube and remove the phlegm effectively.
